Raheem is a fantastic personal trainer. I am currently training for an ultra-marathon and have aspirations to build muscle at the same time. He did ...not shy away at all, where as some other trainers I had spoken too just told me I'd have to limit the running due to how much work it would be. He is helping me work through a nutrition plan, making sure my macros and micros are hit while keeping it as clean as possible. I have already hit personal records on most of my lifts by sizable amounts since I have been working with him. Overall, 10/10, would highly recommend. Show more
