If I can give 0 star I would. First off she was 30 mins late to the appointment with no notice. What I’m really pissed off about is she didn’t do my h...air nowhere near the way I wanted it. The part wasn’t even in the middle. She did a half ass job. She just did the whole style completely wrong and ugly asf. I had to go home and fix it myself. I didn’t say nun cuz she already had an attitude ig. I paid her $200 for a half ass job. Disappointed. WOULDNT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL. Go get your money worth else where. The second photo is the inspo. She didn’t wrap the ends like the picture shows. You can see my part is not in the middle. She used too much wrapping hair making it look bulky. Even her daughter said it look like “dookie turd”. My apologies...you brought soft locs hair and you booked soft locs!?!? Is that not what those are? And all you have to do is flip your braids to whatever side that you desire...In the future as a client spending your money with anybody ask questions, be specific, or once your hair is done speak up instead of saying it's cute I like it. You left my shop unsatisfied and I had no idea until now. My daughter never said anything to you or about your hair. Hope you find someone that better suits you. Take care!

When I tell you that I had the best experience ever, she is not like most braiders. She told me to come as I am, which was very welcoming and I could ...not make up my mind on how I wanted my hair and she came up with the perfect solution for me and she shampooed and conditioned my scalp, it felt so clean and refreshing and then braided my hair to perfection without a hair out of place. All the information you need is listed on my Booksy. Sometimes I’m available via text and sometime I'm to busy to even look at my phone. I braid so you have to keep that in mind as well hun. I can't keep replying via text if I'm braiding and I've already confirmed your appointment and that I would have your hair. Thank you for your feedback. If you are a new client, I DO NOT recommend booking. You are not valued. I was waiting for over 30 minutes. I texted and she stated she would be there... in 10 minutes. I was on time and already there for 30 minutes. SEE PICTURE BELOW. A simple text of Can you come 30 minutes later would have been great. The lack of communication and professionialism is lacking among stylist and I'm over it. Now I see why see doesn't do deposits, she will have you waiting because your time doesn't matter. I will glady pay a deposit to not wait 40 minutes for a stylist to show up. DON'T TAKE ON NEW CLIENTS IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEM. PLEASE READ!!! NEW CLIENTS. Since you want to text me now a day later. This could have all been prevented if your communication was better. Don't come for me when you had me waiting for 40 minutes with your kids and you still was not there. You did not apologize at all after I said I was leaving. You did not send a text or call that you were going to be late or if I can come in later so this is on you. You did not call or text the 40 minutes I was waiting. TREAT ME WITH THE SAME RESPECT you would have wanted as a stylist. Stylist charge late fees for what you did. You did this, not me. So you can say what you want, you deserved the review. I'm not worried about you telling other stylist. Nobody in this city has ever had a problem with me. I'm too old for this and a single mother. WORK ON YOUR communication, time management and professionalism. And I have paid full price when I came to you a month ago and your sink was broke, but I believe in giving people second chances. So don't use the fact that this was a special. I pay full price and I tip. You could have made this right, but didn't so NEW CLIENTS should know what to expect. Nobody in this city has ever had me waiting for 40 minutes to a scheduled appointment and still not there with no communication. You're gonna have to swallow this one up. YOU WERE WRONG. JUST DO BETTER. After waiting 40 minutes at that point, your service is no longer needed. I left and she still was not there, but thanks to her son who called her when I first got there. Your client is here. No apology was offerred at all. No I do not want to reschedule, I was just waiting for 40 minutes for an appointment that I was just on time for and I confirmed was ok 4 days prior. Not sure if this is a regular thing, but this would have been my second time, but now it's my last. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. And as far as the first experience where my hair was actually braided make sure you don't book a hair wash as the sink does not work. Imagine getting your hair washed with buckets of water. The second time I actually washed my own hair, but waiting 40+ minutes is crazy. Good luck. Show more

Just because you have had horrible experiences with previous stylist please don’t put that off on me! My customer service and service overall has been exceptional for all the years I’ve done hair. I take pride and make sure of that. I’ve built a very good, highly recommended reputation for myself and it’s been consistent for years! I do know that you can’t please everybody. And for you as a client please understand that us stylist are human also. We have outside responsibilities and obligations also.
