Mr. Fry you knew the state of your sons hair when u brought him in. Damaged unmanaged hair does not color well with out burning and you saw his hair before you left the salon. I guarantee all my work sir. You had every opportunity to discuss the information I provided for you and make an informed decision about next steps for his service. She takes the time to consult about your hair goals and provides feedback on what is actually obtainable. Her tough love style lets you know this is a partnership and you have to be as committed to your healthy hair journey as she is! Her boutique salon is clean and stylish.
