I took a chance with The Best Barber Shop in Hallandale Beach, Florida. They actually had good reviews. I booked an appointment with David. Right away he knew what to do. He is a great professional and friendly barber!! He asked me if I am happy with the haircut? I was very happy, but the ultimate test was if my wife approved.
