Terrible, egotistical behavior towards clients. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. today; I showed up around 11:10 a.m. so as not to be late..... Sat down until it was 10:54 a.m.,then I walked up to quiz about what was going on. The next thing, one of the twins’ barbers started yelling and cursing me out. No ethics whatsoever, and I asked if I had been late for my appointment, would you have allowed me in? Total disrespect and disregard to clients. When I finally sat in the barber chair, this dude wouldn’t stop! I escalated the situation, and since I didn’t want anyone shooting in a barbershop, I just stood up and left!!
