What an awesome experience for my 12 year old daughter! It was her first time in a salon setting and ever having the silk press! We both were nervous ...but Keaundra made us both feel at ease from the time of booking until we finished the appointment. She not only included my daughter in the conversation and decisions but she did not mind making sure that we are were in the same page for her healthy hair journey.
