I want to state although a nice lady very personable I paid $500 to feel better not worse about my thinning hair. I left salon went to Walmart and pe...t store. Now I know what every one was looking at while talking to me. This picture was taken an hour after I left salon. I’m so embarrassed. I asked for a refund but she stated she was busy and we could talk later. I removed the extensions at the same time. I took this picture wasting all that time and money. There’s really nothing to talk about. I’d like my money back. Show more

I had the pleasure of having Lorna do my silk press and my entire appt went wonderful. I was talking out braids prior to my appt and running a little ...late (I know shame on me) but she was very sweet and let me come a little late. She is very prompt and even though I have super thick hair she works really fast. The shampoo/conditioning process was very relaxing and I just enjoyed my experience overall.
