Princess is phenomenal. I went to her to detangle my knotted hair. My hair got extremely knotted and matted over the course of multiple weeks and afte...r hours of trying after drug store product I finally booked an appointment with Princess. I found her through google and she contacted me ahead of time to explain the process. She made me feel extremely comfortable throughout appointment. Her patience and persistence is unmatched. The appointment lasted a long time but she was determined to make sure I left the appointment happy and with my hair make to normal. I truly thought I would have to cut off my hair and I left with my hair back to normal.
