I had an appointment scheduled and paid a $130 deposit. The appointment was canceled by the provider, and I was told the refund would be processed. Un...fortunately, I have not received the refund and have not received a response to multiple follow-ups. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but communication and timely refunds are important. I hope this can be resolved.

Bri always does an amazing job! She doesn’t just accept what you have to ask as a simple request. Instead, she listens to my wants, and my needs, and ...my requirements, and she does everything in her power to fulfill what it is I am asking of her. I have yet to walk out of her salon wanting, and wishing that I had trusted my hair to another stylist, one who did better than what Bri could do. I recommend her services 1000 out of 1000 every single time. I will continue to go to her with all of my salon needs and requirements indefinitely!
