I was overcharged for a haircut on two visits, and my calls/texts went unanswered until I disputed it with my bank. The provider then claimed Booksy a...utomatically adds a $15 tip — which isn’t true. My receipts show $60 with no tip, yet an extra $15 was still taken. Always double-check your total. I understand times are hard, but trying to take extra money is not the way — very unprofessional. Show more

If you don't believe it was a accident thats fine ...I understand times are hard for people rn but aye I sent the request for a ($30)refund the same day you were blowing my phone up and sent you screenshots proof right after … I do appoligize for not being able to answer your calls due to being with clients but you’ve purchased over 15 haircuts from me in the past 2 years so you know how busy I can get during business hours .....plus I called you 2x after work and got no answer or call back smh haters gon hate lol
