Hi, thank you for your feedback. I truly value every client’s time and support. As stated in my booking policy, I allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Unfortunately, once that time passes, I have to make the difficult decision to cancel or reschedule in order to stay on schedule for the clients who arrive on time, especially on fully booked days. I understand being turned away can feel frustrating, and I never intend to upset anyone. My goal is always to provide the best experience possible while remaining fair and respectful to all clients.
