Hi, it wasn't like that. She made an appointment for 12 pm and I sent her a message at 5:15 am telling her that the salon was closed.

Worse experience ever!!!!!! Do not book!!!! I booked my appointment to blow dry my hair for a work event. My appointment was for 12PM. got there a co...uple minutes early and the salon was closed. Contacted Damaris and she told me she had to step out and that she would be back in half hour. It was 1PM, I had waited for her 1 hour, she was not back yet and was not replying to my messages. At that point I had to leave because I had taken time off from work to go do my hair. It is very unprofessional to play around like that with your client's time. It was my first time booking with her and it will definitely be my last time. I would give her negative stars if I could!!! Show more
