A Hybrid refill replaces Classic extensions and Volume fans lost through natural shedding. Grown-out extensions are removed, and the combination of individual extensions and lightweight fans is restored to maintain the soft, textured, and fuller appearance of your original set. Please arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, strip-lash glue, or oily eye products. EYELASH TOUCH-UP — 30 MINUTES SERVICE OVERVIEW A quick maintenance service designed to refresh your existing LashboxNo.7 lash extensions between regular refill appointments. This service may include removing a small number of grown-out extensions, replacing minor lash loss, filling visible gaps, and refreshing the overall appearance of the original set. A touch-up is intended for minor maintenance only. It is not a replacement for a 2-week, 3-week, or 4-week refill and may not restore a set with significant shedding. ELIGIBILITY This service is for current LashboxNo.7 clients with an existing Classic, Hybrid, Volume, or Mega Volume set. Clients must have enough extensions remaining for the set to be refreshed within the scheduled service time. If there is excessive lash loss, buildup, picking, or insufficient retention, the appropriate refill or full set may be required. Work performed by another lash artist is not eligible for this touch-up service unless approved in advance.
