Refused to give me a new gel x full set and insisted on filling them. Didn’t cut my natural nails under the gel x so they look so grown out despite be...ing a new set. The side walls are AWFUL bc you really aren’t supposed to cut/ file excessively gel x! Overall the biggest issue is she dug the nail file INTO any skin multiple times. I was bleeding and it was burning because she was filling my skin! It’s the most painful experience and it left a cut in my skin. Both on my ring finger and pinky. Since I’ve gone here (5 times and this was my last) every visit has been worse than the last. Aside from the horrible experience on my nails, even the customer service was bad. I asked for help selecting a shade of pink based on the picture (which they’ve helped me with the last 4 times) and they just handed me the box of all their nail colors and made me pick it myself. Aside from the first time, they don’t even have most shapes for gel X and they definitely didn’t have almond, which is what I wanted so they’re just cutting and shaping a stiletto nail. I specifically get gel X because I like the manufactured shape it comes in since many nail shops can’t get that exact shape I like so it’s really disappointing seeing them still doing this instead of just buying the shape. Last time going here.
