They canceled on me and did not contact me until I arrived and they didn’t even offer me service with anyone else there. I booked this appointment abo...ut two weeks- four weeks in advanced. I understand things happened out of everyone’s control but it was very unprofessional to not contact me as soon as my nail tech wasn’t going to be able to fulfill my appointment. Very disappointed:( I will not be returning due to this because other nail salons are able to handle these types of situations better.

left my finger beds traumatized and cut, the gel went over the cuticle and they told me there’s no way they could fix it. the first color i chose was ...not drying properly so i asked to change it and received furious buffing which lead to cuts :) the manager did NOTHING to fix the problem, the master told me to not come again to her to not “play on her nerves”. terrible service, absolutely no respect to clients, and i have been going there for almost half a year! already regret it.

It was such a nice experience. A friend had bought me a gift certificate to get an mani + peti. It was clean, the whole staff was very friendly & ever...yone was wearing their masks properly. 10/10 will get my nails done here again.
