Hot mess! From the moment the appointment was made, it was one thing or the other. I endured till the end when she added $20 tip to my total and tried... to tell me booksy did it without her knowledge. I've used booksy since 2020 and never heard of her lies. To make things worse, the hair she made was definitely not worth the price!!! My daughter was highly disappointed at what was supposed to be a simple cute style. Show more
