I was surprised that Jenny was running a bit behind schedule for my 11 am appointment - It is uncommon to wait at the Cutting Room. Once I was in the ...chair, all went well aside from many interruptions for incoming calls . . . I had a very good experience overall & got a terrific haircut :-)
