First time client: As a first time client I was a little blindsided upon her arrival. If you are bring additional people to a person’s home you have n...ever meet, a call /text to discuss that you would be bring your child to work with you is warranted. (although a sweet little girl). Next topic: Respect for other’s property (again sweet little girl): as her parent you should not have allowed her to place her feet on furniture that isn’t yours. Or to utilize items not offered to be used (regardless of the what the item is). You both were guest in my temporary home. Respect should have been given. Next the hair: Showed a lack of pride in work. One side of my hair looked great. The other did some weird bend. When I reached out to have her fix my hair, I was informed it would be an additional charge. What I find odd: had I had to return to the salon I wouldn’t have charged for gas but in this situation I had to pay. I declined and redid my own hair. Again her and her child are sweet people. It’s just a lack of pride in work and respect of other’s property that will have me not reusing her service. Update: Please note a child was never mentioned in the text conversation. See below conversation. I’m not a rude person, just bc I didn’t speak on that fact doesn’t mean I was okay with it. Sleeping on my hair did not cause that bend. It’s the way you braided it. Had my hair been the issue both braids would have been effected. When I re-braided my hair I didn’t have that issue. This is constructive criticism don’t take it to heart. Acknowledge/take ownership of the moment and keep making your money. Also I did inform you prior to posting my review that I would be including this. Take care. Show more
