I am so glad I stopped in Flawless on a random Thursday and found Bianca. I’ve always been that person to find the place that can do my hair right the...n because when I want it done I want it done now. I’d spent months trying to get a specific color combo of bleach blonde and brown. For the first time ever, I took the time to go through the process with Bianca and a month later (after treatments to get it healthy) I actually have what I’ve been trying to get all along. Why after 40 years or so did I finally take the time to wait? Because Bianca took the time to care about me and my hair. She explained to me what needed done to NOT fry my hair out. How we would get it healthy BEFORE doing the bleach. She showed me what I had and the damage there was and explained how we would get it healthy again and ready to do what I wanted done. I believed in the process and I am so glad I did. I did everything she asked me to do and when the day came to finally get my blonde done .. the end result was/is amazing. Bianca is personable and precessional. She is exceptional at what she does and she truly cares about you and your hair. She prepares your hair for a successful end result and also teaches you about the process and how to keep your hair healthy after. I will never trust anyone else with my hair again. Plain and simple, she knows her shit and she is more than worth the time and price to get it done right the first time. Show more
