Hello sis, it is not like that at all , we don’t just do booking through Booksy, we do get customer through our Google website, and walk-in aswell. So when all the customers come I can’t tell who booked through Booksy or not except you said so. Usually what people do is that when it is time to pay the will say that the booked through Booksy so the already paid a deposit on the app and I will deduct from their total. I will never noticed that you already paid a deposit and still collect the whole amount from you ! Never! . If you want send me your cash app I will cash app you the $20. Sorry about that
