I booked a removal and full set for 4/2/26 at 5:45 PM. She confirmed my appointment. I was there 10 mins before my appointment time knocking on the do...or and realized the door was locked. I tried calling her phone number that’s listed on Booksy and the phone went to voicemail each time so I texted her a couple times. It seems like the phone is off or something because the texts don’t deliver. I waited like 20 mins outside and even asked the business Nextdoor if they have heard from her. This was my first appointment so it’s kind of upsetting I wasted my time with no response a whole day later. I normally don’t leave reviews like this but not acknowledging an appointment on your books that didn’t happen is annoying.
