Friendly, but unprofessional. Good wash, but styling was off. After my appointment I contacted Angel to modify the low bun hairstyle. It didn’t have e...nough hair (see picture) and the style had fallen apart. Please see conversation below. I’m so shocked at the response I received because my intentions were to pay her for adding hair and fixing the hairstyle that I had previously paid for. I tipped her $30! The hairstyle plus shampoo was $130. I’ve read her story and I’m sorry she experienced hate. I’m all for supporting my little sisters but I won’t be returning and I wish her the best. Angel honey! Read your messages. I told you the bun fell apart today because it fell down today. I’m not trying to make you look bad. Your response and your work makes you look bad. I’m sure future customers who read this review will agree. This review is based on MY interaction with you. To respond so aggressively is definitely not a good look. I paid you $160 for a style that lasted two days. I was willing to pay for you to add hair. I hope your business continues to grow and you mature. Show more

As a hairstylist, I’m not a mind reader. If you want changes you have to let me know while I’m doing your hair so situations like this where I’m to busy to squeeze won’t have to happen. I usually don’t respond but this is all made up because I wasn't able to squeeze here in to make her bun bigger. I’m sorry I was to busy to get you in. Hopefully you know now to let your hairdresser know while your getting styled. She saw here beautiful hair before she left and said she loved it and she will definitely be back. When she text and called yesterday she told she just needed her bun to be a litter bigger, I really don’t like when clients try to make you look bad because they couldn’t get what they wanted. When we talk she only mentioned her bun was small, but never said her hair was falling apart until I couldn’t get her in. I’m definitely not being aggressive toward you, I’m just letting the truth be known. Between us, we both know your hair was beautiful and well done. I was okay with adding extra hair, just wasn’t ready when I thought I would be. I hope you have a blessed life as well.
