The Jean Effect

Although it might've seemed sudden, The decision came after much consideration. Unfortunately, after 2 years, vast improvements should have been made at the shampoo bowl. Water getting everywhere not only results in more clean up time, its also a huge inconvenience for my coworkers and/or clients thereafter. I expressed my grievances, including back pain, and instead of there being emphasis put on addressing behavior at the bowl, I was told my salon set up was "not good" and discounted services were requested-- unfortunately, I could not accommodate or change either. I refunded you all of your deposits and I wished you all the best of luck. With how long it's been going on, I handled it the best way I saw fit. I apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused but I always have to do what's best for me and my business. Again, Thank you for your support over the years.
