Alanna did an amazing job on my freestyle lash set. I informed her that I would be going on a weeklong vacation, swimming in the ocean, and enduring t...ropical climates! I planned on getting these lashes wet and I planned on being in Highwinds on the cruise ship! Hot and humid climates!! Woah!! After all that said; she assured me, she can deliver a lash set that’s retention was insane and probably something I haven’t seen yet. She was right. I really haven’t seen retention this good with any of the Lash Tech’s I’ve seen in the past. I’ve been getting my lashes done for years now. My set of lashes are still in full tact! It’s going on two weeks, and only a few lashes have shed. She also offers a lash cleanser bundle which I will always buy. It comes with lash cleansing soap, spoolies, and little napkins to dry your lashes! The little napkins don’t have cotton residue left over. The lash experience was comfy . She’s very down to earth and we had conversations about a little bit of everything. Lol. She is a very likable person, but also a very professional person. She’s on time, she’s efficient, and she knows her product and what she’s doing. I look forward to my next appointment because I know I’m spending money with somebody who really cares, educates, and most important DELIVERS!
