Two strand twist

Usually, I don’t have any issues because we have gone there several times over the last year and a half. I go there for my braids and my son goes ther...e for general maintenance and twists. One thing I’ve noticed overtime is that if she’s not rushed, she doesn’t excellent job. When she’s rushed, you can tell because the work is not consistent. This visit, my son had a last minute appointment so that he could look nice for prom. When I came home, he was unhappy with the front of his hair. Some of the parts were not straight and the ends did not have any rubber bands on them like they usually do. Yeah I brought it to her attention, she said that he was leaning and that’s the reason why. he’s a teenager, and she’s the stylist who’s in charge so she is in control of how it comes out. If he was leaning, she should have said something to him. I am very disappointed that she did not take any accountability, or offer to fix it so we will not be back. Her prices have also gone up more than 40% over the last six months. Show more

Thank you for your review, you didn’t give me a chance to offer to fix it as you said your son works an can’t make it to the shop, i did say he was leaning on his phone the whole the time as I was moving him to straighten up, I have always gave you & your son discounts even when there weren’t any discount promotions going on, I have always went above and beyond for you both, came in on off days etc. it’s unfortunate that you have to slander me on my reviews instead of calling me about it personally if you were truely this disappointed be blessed 🙏🏽
