Carrol is awesome! I had to keep changing plans because of work but she was able to work with me to get me in. I have very soft hair so no one else ha...s been willing to wash my starter locs because they were scared they might unravel but she did and didn’t end up having to restart any of them! And when I say I needed it! I mean I needed it! She talked with me about the style that I wanted and executed exactly how I asked. If I were staying in the area she would definitely be my goto. Great experience every time. I first came in April 2022 for starter locs and I’ve been stuck every since! She is very knowledgeable about how to maint...ain and care for your hair. She is also great with all different styles so don’t be shy and book your normal two strand twist! Great customer service always on time and the wash feels amazing and relaxing. She provided me with an assessment of my hair and any improvements that I could add to my ...after care routine that she felt would had to the overall health of my hair . This was important to me because I think a lot of locticians fail to do so. She is extremely neat in styling and making sure you have a uniformed look.
