Everything about my experience with Taylor was amazing. He was waiting for me when I arrived, got me right in, helped me better understand the process... of a Brazilian blowout. He took the time to do it right. He was friendly and kind. My hair looks AMAZING! Taylor was also helpful when I called him later with a question about product.
