I liked my hair. However, I was on time and he was extremely late. I did not receive a phone call that he would be late or text. He added on to the pr...ice of what the original charge was and when I asked Why? He said because he had to do something That didn’t make since to me and should’ve been apart of the process.If you’re going to charge someone extra you make them aware before doing whatever you decided to add on. And it wasn’t professional that he tried to charge more after he was late if anything he should’ve been discounting. Customer service is everything regardless of how good your work is. Some people is all about the $ and leave out being professional. I tried to be understanding but some people will try to rob you without a gun if you allow it. Show more
