BEWARE-Don’t waste your time, and money going to Lakesha because she is extremely rude and unprofessional. First, she text me 30 minutes prior to my a...ppointment to let me know she was running late (with no apology). Next, when I arrived she did not come out to greet us but yelled from the back room that she would be with me. 15 minutes later (45 minutes after original appointment time) I went back to let her know I would like to reschedule and needed a refund before leaving. She responded ok and came out 5 mins. later to let me know she refunded $70 back to me instead of the full $100. When I asked her why she said because I cancelled the appointment she would keep $30 as a cancellation fee. At that point I was extremely upset because this was the Saturday before school started and I would now have to find another stylist to take my daughter. I reiterated to Lakesha that we arrived on time and that SHE was more than 45 minutes late, which at that point she was still working on the client in her chair. This means it would be at least another 15-30 minutes before she started on my daughter”s hair. This is totally unacceptable, irresponsible and disrespectful of her to think she can keep any of my hard earned money due to her negligence. Let me add that there is NO mention of a “cancelation” fee anywhere on her website! Simply Ridiculous! Show more
