I have been going for a therapeutic deep tissue massage at MASSAGE POINT BONITA for almost three years. The receptionist is welcoming and precise. She... is helpful, and she makes the client feel comfortable. Betty - the masseuse I have dealt with the most - is very professional. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. Betty always asks me which areas of my muscular system are in more need of care. She applies her expertise in different manners, mixing hands, elbows, hot stone massages, and always solving my issues, which may include sciatica and neck pain. She eases detoxing by pressing the kidney area, as well as by employing lymphedemic pressure in different other areas. I do not look for a spa-style caressing light massage. At MASSAGE POINT BONITA, I receive the therapy I need for the full amount of time at a very reasonable price. The environment is clean, and sheets and towels are always changed. I have a great olfactory sense (I happen to be a sommelier), and I have never experienced anything nasty (as Abby "One Star" pointed out) in this parlor. I recommend the massage experience at MASSAGE POINT BONITA to anyone who is looking for a serious professional venue. Show more

If I could leave a zero I would. I am still waiting to hear back from the owner. A 90 minute massage with hot stones was $120. There was NO hot stone ...massage. As a matter of fact there was no massage whatsoever! Betty literally dug her fingers for 20 minutes into my scapula. I requested LIGHT pressure. I had to kindly remind her to lighten the pressure. She actually used the top of her elbow to jab into my side and into my kidneys. Odd. Never ever has that happened before! She literally forgot to massage one of my legs completely. Again there was no massaging at all. The massage lasted 70-72 minutes. Not 90 minutes. She used a little wash cloth to cover my eyes. It smelled horrible, like body odor. After the supposedly massage, she said “ok, bye”. After getting dressed I saw the cloth she put over my eyes, lying on top of her cabinet. I picked it up. It was still folded and it was filthy! It smelled horrible. And she was using on others!! The worse part was I had booked my son in law for an appointment before mine, she used the same dark blue/green sheets, and the same dingy yellow/offwhite head rest cover. I was disgusted! Oh and when she draped me or lack of, she left my legs uncovered while working on one and then skipped my right leg. She sloppily pulled the sheet off my back and exposed my underwear! Thank God I kept them on! She left my arms dangling and my hands started going numb. I would put my arm back on the table and she would move it off the table. I get massages every couple of weeks and I ALWAYS try to go to small local non-chain businesses to show my support. (Past 5 years) this was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had. The sad part is this business talks about how they take extra sanitary steps to ensure our health. That’s an untrue statement! I voiced my concerns to the lady at the front desk and she just stared at me. Never said a word. I told her that I didn’t get my full massage. I didn’t get the hot stones I paid for. I didn’t get a 90 min massage. Nothing. I told this person at the front desk: She took me in a room, told me to undress, and lay fast down on the bed. She waited 4 min to come back in. I was staring at the clock thinking she forgot me. Another issue I had was she was on her phone texting or looking at something during my massage. She kept using one hand. I looked up and sure enough phone in hand. It was horrible.. Steer clear of this place. Show more

I began getting massages at Massage Point in Estero shortly after they opened. When they opened their Bonita Springs location I switched to Bonita a...s it is close to my home. I have never had a bad massage with any of their therapists but have been going to Betty for a while now and she is terrific!! I am old but active and frequently have neck, shoulder, lower back and sciatica pain. Betty just asks "where do you have pain", and goes from there. She is technically competent and really GOOD at what she does. I can only say she fixes me! The facilities are always clean and comfortable and the therapists are well trained, professional and good at what they do....Thank you!! Show more
