I’m old, and I don’t move like I used to. A couple sessions with Andrew, gets me a jumpstart and now I can perhaps get on the road to increase my ran...ge of motion on my own. Andrew is super good at keeping the stretches as comfortable or as taxing as you can handle. It’s worth it.
