Javier is the only barber who has given me a haircut my wife likes in 33 years of marriage. The man is an artist. On top of that, his shop is ama...zing. Comfy waiting chairs, chess boards, pool table, cold drinks, and cool music. It's a great place to hang and shoot the breeze. Completely old school. Show more

Been getting cuts from Javier since 2017 and try not to go to anyone else since. Best fades Ive ever had. At the Santee shop you can have an alcoholic... beverage or water and you get your cut. Anyone with ou can play billiards in the back room while they wait. Great atmosphere there and at the North Park shop (my original shop), though there are jo frills/extras in NP, just classic barbering. Show more

Javier is a barber legacy. He’s a 3rd generation barber and the knowledge and experience has definitely been passed down. He’s also extremely kind and... loves to spend time to get to know you and chat it up. His shop is always clean and everyone is friendly. They got cold beer in the fridge for guests and chess boards if you want to lose to Javier. It’s a fun atmosphere. Show more
