Excellent results. Terrible experience. Waited 17 minutes after the appointment was scheduled for. Barber talked to someone right next to me, which ma...de me uncomfortable how close the second man was standing to me. The air made the cut hair go right into my eyes at first. Wasn’t told until after the haircut that they wanted cash, even though I put my credit card information on the app. I didn’t have cash and I didn’t want to go to the ATM since it charges six extra dollars. Also I was charged me $30 dollars even though the app said the haircut was 28$. Show more

Your disagreement and annoyance is simply because you were told that we did not apply the charges to your card because the information is only requested in case of cancellations by clients. It was explained to you. The friend who was there was just explaining it to you and even offered to use an application that we do not accept to help you with the process.
