I wanted to book a professional barber for my wedding haircut and chose to schedule a trial with Larsen a month before the big day. Unfortunately, the... experience was disastrous. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I ended up waiting almost 4 hours at his shop after flying back from New York to Michigan specifically for this trial. The lack of organization and communication was astounding. Larsen repeatedly took his friends in for haircuts ahead of me, showing a blatant disregard for professionalism. Despite my better judgement, I decided to give Larsen another chance and booked him for my wedding day after he reassured me that such unprofessional behavior would not happen again. However, during my wedding week, I discovered through a cousin that he was planning to leave for Miami. I immediately contacted him to confirm his commitment to my wedding haircut, only to have him nonchalantly confirm his Miami trip. If it weren’t for my cousin’s information, I doubt Larsen would have informed me at all. To make matters worse, he never canceled my appointment on Booksy or reached out to apologize for the sudden cancellation. This kind of behavior is incredibly unprofessional, especially for such an important event. I strongly advise against booking with Larsen. His lack of reliability and respect for clients is unacceptable, particularly on significant occasions like weddings. Show more
