I got smedium knotless braids and my braider did an excellent job, she even braided my little "kitchen" hairs lol. My appointment was at 12, I arrived... at 12:05 and she was ready for me. Everyone was polite, friendly, and worked diligently. My braider ordered food and tried to keep working, but i told her it was okay to go eat. I appreciate her wanting to work, but she needed to eat. I will definitely be back, and I'll be recommending them to other people. Show more

Canceled my appointment the day before. I’m glad it doesn’t require a deposit to book. And to respond back to me saying I don’t care about my health ...is insane the app kept asking me to review and I did. I didn’t say anything rude or nasty. I wasn’t going to say anything at all but it kept asking me. You seem very hostile and upset maybe should take off a few more days off and heal yourself in more ways than one good day sweetie. This salon is extremely unprofessional when it comes to punctuality and communication. My appt was scheduled for today Oct 8 at 9 am and was confirmed... by the salon on Wednesday Oct 4th on the Booksy app. I come on Sunday for my appt and waited in the cold for 45 minutes only to realize that the night before at 9pm, they text me saying they were doing renovations and the salon will be closed and I didnt realize until I was already there. My hair was already prepped (blow dried and no products) and if I was told before that the salon would be closed, I wouldn't have put heat on my hair at all or wasted my time. Renovations are pre planned and if you knew you had renovations to do why would you confirm my appointment? I was impressed by this salon as I booked previously and got french curl braids (even though they were late 15mins that day and changed thr price on me from 180 to 250 when I called beforehand) and it came out beautifully, but now I am extremely unimpressed and I am not sure I will be back. I had to drive all over the place to find another braiding salon which took an hour and if I like the results at the new salon, I will just stay there and forget this place. I hate unprofessionalism. Edit: imagine responding and admitting you canceled the night before? i had no plans for my hair on a sunday, and i had my hair prepped (blow dried with no product) and you cancel 9pm at night when i have a 9am appt? And i have an attitude for calling out unprofessionalism? Ok. I wont be back!! Show more
