As I recently moved here from the fort lee area where they are many nice talented artists who go above and beyond for their clients it was a different... experience with Stephaine as she isn’t very accommodating towards her clients she also has very poor quality products for the price she’s charging after getting a new set from her after 1 1/2 wks later my nails were breaking and lifting. She also has unexplainable hidden fees that no other business have that doesn’t make sense. I wouldn’t have questioned all her added price fees if my nails weren’t breaking or lift but I refuse to pay more for such poor quality work and product. After removing my sets that I had done by Stephanie to get a new set else where because of the poor quality even though she claims she uses the best products I discovered a fungus on one of my nails. I don’t recommend this place to anyone !! Show more

Liliana, my apologies that the service you reviewed was not to your standards. It should be known that minimal lifting can occur after the said amount of time especially if home care is not done properly. The products I use are some of the best in the industry. I try my best to accommodate all my clients when feasible. My booking schedule is always viewable online and is on a first come first serve basis. This requires me to have added fees for accommodations. All other fees are clearly listed on the booking site. All clients know what they are paying at the time of booking.
