Volume 2 Week Refill

I’ve visited this studio several times over the past few months and generally had positive experiences, with a few exceptions. However, for my appoint...ment on September 21, I received a text from the business at 7:24 AM the same day, asking if I was still able to make my 10 AM appointment. I replied “yes” at 8:23 AM—just 59 minutes later. (Mind you: I had just woke up) To my surprise, they responded almost immediately, stating “Due to your late response your appointment will need to be rescheduled.” I had originally scheduled this appointment on September 4 deposit and all and I’m leaving for vacation on September 22, so now I won’t be able to get my lashes done before my trip. The inconsistency is irritating, especially since on August 3, when I had another 10 AM appointment, they reached out at 5:56 AM on the same day. I didn't respond until 8:50 AM, but my appointment went ahead as planned. If they didn’t want to accommodate my appointment on September 21, they could have communicated that instead of making it seem like I was late with my response. 🤣 like girl what? While you may want to try this studio, be prepared for the possibility of last-minute rescheduling or cancellations, as I've experienced before. 🙃 work is pretty good though, that is if you get in the chair on your scheduled date and time 😭 Side note: I don’t know how my appointment was going to be reschedule since I couldn’t get a response for over an hour 🤷🏽‍♀️ and even called once. The first time I came my lashes looked amazing , I made an appt for a fill and was asked to reschedule 30 min before my appt, they then rescheduled ag...ain an hour and a half before my appt , I then came for my appt 15 min early and was never able to get my lashes done. I was told it would be 15 more and then 10 more and then a bit longer and 2 hours go by. I am just super bummed with how much my time was wasted because the lashes I got the first time around looked great. Show more
