Left some patches of hair on my neck & behind ears. Wanted wave length was about a 1/4 inch shorter. Felt the process was rushed was in & out in about... 15 mins. Barber was late for my appointment and cost me a parking ticket. Didn't shape up my mustache just trimmed the length. Bad experience, may be different for the next though. Sadly, I won't be returning. Show more
