What was the point of booking with a specific technician if that technician is unaware I booked with them? Then I get here and she argues with anothe...r tech about whose turn it is! How RUDE!! For it to be my first time and coming on a referral, I won’t go back! It’s funny how EVERYONE who walked in after me got a “hello how you doing” but I instead got to witness two staff go back and forth about basically not wanting to serve me after which one goes to the back to find someone else to do it.. terrible customer service..the MAi Mai wants two tell me how “busy” she is like my time AND money is not valuable. Meanwhile she sitting here Kiki and Kaka with other clients..but was rude to a NEW potential one..smh Show more

When I arrived at my appointment on July 14 for a $33 Basic pedicure, the girl I booked with was not there and I was double booked with another custom...er. Everyone seemed confused but I was finally seated with another tech. The pedicure went pretty well but when I was leaving the dryer table ( which seemed like a long time to me), I was told it was $38. Thinking it was a price increase I paid it along with a tip. When home I pulled up the website and it said it was still $33. So I am disappointed in the early confusion and being over charged Show more
