First i would like to say about the cleaning/cleaning lady, I didn’t know she was going to be there if i did i would’ved rescheduled your appointment to a later time, Also when you told me that it was bothering you i said "Sorry" and put on the heater so you wouldn't be cold and I put on the fan to try and circulate the smell & put my air purifier on higher to try and help since i don't have windows in my room Also the door the back door was open to help the smell go out & I couldn’t close my door that was going to trap the smell in my room. After I finished your lashes I asked was everything good about your lashes you said “yes” and when you were leaving i said let me know if they give you any problems. As it states in my booking site “after you get your lashes done, you have 48 hr to let me know if your lashes give you any problems and I would fix them for you. Again I want to apologize for your experience.
