Venue As far as the shop, I love the Decour and the atmosphere! She offers water, coffee, chips, free Wi-Fi, personalized fans, IPads to watch free Ne...tFlix and more. The vibe of the place is absolutely fabulous! And I love that she is not only a great stylist that she cares for your hair. Some people just simply style your hair, but not her. Without you having to tell her anything, she looks at your hair and see what it needs. I am truly happy that I am a client of hers.. I am never there for a very long time and I truly appreciate that PennyCharmaine Jones She’s such a sweetheart whose extremely professional and accommodating!
