I happened to be getting out of work late the day of my appointment, and I remembered I didn’t receive any reminders or confirmations, so I checked the app and quickly let her know I was running late and that I also happened to mess up my times because I didn’t get reminders. She understood and still provided the service. I was warned about quality not being what it usually is, but this was honestly worth every single penny. Ana always delivers, the fullness in my lashes is amazing! Her work is one of a kind. I had not seen Ana in about two years due to having a baby, whic...h meant having a busy schedule, but after a while of being a busy woman I was ready to get back to the glam, and Ana was my first go to person. Very sanitized work environment and cozy. Everyone at work loved my lashes! I did a “soft glam”, and that’s just what I needed. If you are looking for something more extravagant then you should book a volume with Ana, she does an amazing job as well.
