I actually came at 10:15 and he was out of the chair by 10:45. I apologized and explained that I couldn't find my keys, which is why I was running behind. You could have cancelled and not been charged with no issue in the App or let us know in person and we would've made sure you were not charged. Not sure how I "chopped" his hair considering I didn't even touch the top. Since he asked for a taper and line not a "TRIM" I simply tapered the sides, (which where already short) into the top. The only length I took off was at the front because he asked for a front line up which requires the hair to be lower. If you were upset about the wait you could've made it known instead of waiting days later to make a disingenuous review.
