I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for a simple trim and specifically booked with Joel, but for some reason Jenni...e was the one who cut my hair. She cut it into random, choppy layers I never asked for, leaving my thick hair looking extremely sparse. My hair was cut into a brutal V-shape with no warning, when all I requested was a trim. I cried for hours after seeing the result. My hair means a lot to me, and this was devastating. Although I received a refund, no one has contacted me to try to fix or mend the haircut. I have been a loyal client for 3 years, and this experience has left me heartbroken. I hope the salon takes this seriously and improves communication and care for clients.
