Haircut for boy 12 and under

Worst experience ever, took my boy to Joel for a haircut, I asked if he could scissor cut but he could not, so I told Joel several times that I did NO...T want to go shorter than a 3 blade on the back & sides, I made this very clear to him that I just want a nice boys short back & sides & a bit off the top haircut. My poor boy looks like a marine & has red mark all over his neck & head from the short blade he used on him. When Joel asked if I was paying card or cash, when I said card, he just put the payment machine on the counter & walked away from us, extremely rude! Sorry I gave him a tip for the shocking bad haircut & extremely rude customer service!! Show more

Donna, why don’t you upload the haircut i did to your son so people can see what kind of haircut he got. It was very clear and we agreed that i cannot cut your kid’s hair using scissors on the side because it was already short and you said it was okay to use clippers number 3 which i did and a little blending on the bottom. About the card machine , it was a contactless payment and i entered the amount. You just had to tap your card and i waited untill the card to get approved. I didn’t just leave you in the front. Imagine, this was only a haircut you got very upset how about when your kid bullied my daughter? My wife tried talking to you and you never had said anything even sorry to my child. Very obvious that your attitude adopted your child really bad! - Joel
