Lacks professionalism/disorganization, brassness, and poor attitude For the two times I patronize this establishment Porshe rescheduled my appointme...nts and double booked. For my most recent appointment I booked my appointment well in advance, Porshe texted me two days prior “I had something come up with my daughter” so she changed my time. I got another text day before if I can change time again, I said no. It seems she does most family who she thinks has to tolerate her unprofessionalism. I will add my first experience she didn’t even remember I had made an appointment and had nerve to tell me (who booked in advance) to come the next day. Arrived at shop: She was somewhat frustrated not sure why but had a bad attitude upon arrival. She asked me what we are doing as if the booking didn’t outline it and was extremely brass to my kids. My child started crying at the end of the appointment about hair being tight, I thought maybe she was tired we got home they both were crying and up to this morning the same. Who takes frustration out on a child? I refrained from giving my personal opinion but I’ve never had such an uncomfortable hair experience for my children. I would never be back and would not recommend her services. She does have a shop mate Tyler who seems to have the heart to do hair and very patient with children and people in general. I was originally booking with her but she wasn’t available and recommended Porshe. It’s a shame it had to go the way it did I enjoy supporting small businesses. Show more
