Unfortunately this is my last time booking with Niel, as he has horrible time management skills. He will book you a time and be late repeatedly. This ...is my third and last time booking for a certain time and having had to either reschedule for a later time or wait for another day. Good haircutting skills, poor time management skills, nothing personal, but I value my time. Show more
