Very disappointed with my experience. I spent six hours in the chair expecting professional crochet loc maintenance. I arrived with freshly washed hai...r, so I declined the optional shampoo. After just four days, I had to wash my hair because my scalp became itchy and irritated because she put alot of Gel to hold my roots she didn't crochet my roots are hair. After washing, much of my new growth looked unchanged, and I was disappointed with the results. My request for a refund was denied. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify for anyone reading, you booked a standard 'Crochet Braids' service for $85 but requested a complex 'Crochet Loc Retwist' upon arrival. Despite the booking discrepancy, I accommodated you and spent 6 hours manually interlocking your hair with a crochet needle. As I got closer to the middle of your scalp during the service, I had to spend extra time manually removing built-up debris. Professional crochet loc maintenance requires strict aftercare; washing the roots completely wet just 4 days later naturally compromises the fresh interlocking and causes new growth to loosen. Because 6 hours of specialized labor and product were fully provided, a refund could not be issued. We wish you the best.

Tishawnna has amazing retwist skills for sure. Never seen or felt a more perfect Barrel lock twist ever. My head felt practically no tension the same ...day, this is how Barrels are supposed to feel Forsure. Will definitely be coming back!!! 🙏🏾
