Ty cancelled the morning of the scheduled appointment because she forgot to update her appointment availability in Booksy for a flight she had at 5pm... on that same day. Though Ty offered to make the appointment for an earlier time or reschedule, I was unable to do so because I was at work and needed the haircut on Saturday for my graduation on Monday!
