I made an appointment yesterday and received the confirmation email too. I went today at my appointment time at 11 am. The salon was supposed to be op...en but it was closed and locked. I called both phone numbers on the website, no voicemail box or anyone picking up. Texted the same numbers, no response or follow up. I’ve been to BeautyMe in both Santee and La Mesa, usually have a good experience but this lack of follow up or response is not should be expected. I waited at least 10 minutes before I left. I better not get a no show charge. Show more
