Amy is always so patient and accommodating with my difficult little boy. He has major anxiety when it comes to haircuts and freaks out when he has to ...get one. This weekend she cut his hair outside because that is where he was the most cooperative. I’m always so appreciative that she treats him with compassion and still lets him get a treat from treasure box. I have faith he will outgrow this behavior and I’m so thankful that Amy still makes sure he leaves looking handsome. Show more

There’s not enough words to adequately explain how amazing Amy did with my special little dude! Lucien is autistic and has never enjoyed haircuts. Rec...ently he has let one other person cut his hair. Amy was very patient and sweet with him. She talked him through the process and even afterwards when his sister and I got our hair done. He felt comfortable enough to give her a big hug after we were done; he is very particular with who he gives love and affection to. My daughter was being moody and impatient during her haircut. But Amy got through her haircut still talking calmly to her and putting up with her ‘tude. Both of my kids were very comfortable being themselves; vocal stemming, replaying Polar Express over and over and Lucien going in circles as he waited. My baby boy’s mullet looks amazing! Skylee’s spider web is rad! If anyone has kids with special needs, it’s a safe and comfortable environment to bring them. With no judgment or comments or anything.Amy is patient, kind, and fun! I highly suggest adult haircuts too! My hair is perfect! She’s always been amazing at her craft. I can tell she loves what she does! Show more
